Classic includes six heights with the same 5.75-inch assembled diameter. Grand includes three larger heights with an approximately 8.5-inch assembled diameter. A different height, diameter, or configuration is Custom and receives its own technical review.

Six standard heights with one slim footprint
Every Classic size uses the same 5.75-inch assembled diameter. Changing the height changes the artwork area, sightline, and room presence without making the tube wider on the table.

Three larger standard heights for more presence
The Grand group includes 36, 42, and 48-inch heights with an approximately 8.5-inch assembled diameter. Grand orders require size-specific artwork, compatible lighting, stability, packaging, production, and shipping review before release.

Custom
Anything outside the Classic and Grand groups is Custom
Custom does not mean choosing from another hidden size list. It means the requested height, diameter, or configuration is evaluated and specified for that particular order before it is quoted or produced.
Requested geometry
We document the required height, diameter, quantity, placement, and intended event use.
Physical feasibility
The form, stability, light compatibility, material behavior, and assembly method must work together.
Size-specific artwork
A custom configuration receives a job-specific template. Standard-size templates are not stretched or guessed.
Proof and approval
The exact size, artwork layout, seam implications, and final proof are approved before production release.
Packaging and shipping
Larger or unusual dimensions can change carton size, protection, handling, freight, storage, and setup planning.
Pricing and timing
The quote reflects the approved geometry, quantity, artwork, components, production plan, and delivery requirements.
Volume orders
Larger quantities need more than a unit-price check
For 50, 100, 500, or 1,000+ pieces, we review quantity, artwork versions, event date, delivery destination, packaging, production timing, and approval requirements before confirming the order.
