What are iLLUMITUBES?
Custom printed translucent wraps formed into illuminated cylindrical centerpieces around an interior Tube Light.
What standard sizes are available?
Classic sizes are 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, and 28 inches tall at approximately 5.75 inches in diameter. Grand sizes are 36, 42, and 48 inches tall at approximately 8.5 inches in diameter.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Custom configurations can be reviewed when a standard size does not fit the event.
Can we use flowers around them?
Yes. Tell us roughly where flowers or greenery will sit so important logos, names, or faces can stay visible.
Artwork & design
Can you print our logo?
Yes. Supply the approved logo and brand standards when available. A proof is issued for review before production.
Can you design the artwork?
Yes. There are two artwork services. Artwork Prep Service is $70 for one supplied design that needs resizing, formatting, resolution or quality improvement, minor cleanup, or other production preparation; additional supplied designs needing prep are $45 each. Custom Design Service is $150 per order when you need us to create the artwork, and includes up to two unique designs plus one reasonable customer-requested revision round; additional unique designs are $95 each and additional revision rounds are $45 each. Sequential or variable artwork is custom quoted.
Can I preview my design in 3D?
Yes. Use the 3D Design Studio to visualize the artwork wrapped around the tube before ordering. Final production still follows the approved template and proof.
Ordering & pricing
Can I see pricing without going through checkout?
Yes. The Pricing & Planning tool lets you build a mixed-size mock order, see the estimated standard shipping tier when applicable, and print or save the complete planning estimate.
Can I estimate shipping without going through checkout?
Yes. The calculator adds the current standard flat-rate shipping tier for the contiguous United States. Priority or rush service, ZIP-dependent exceptions, Canada or other destinations, and product totals over $5,000 require a quote.
Are samples available?
Yes. The $35 Sample Pack is available to any buyer. The higher-priced Custom Branded Corporate Sample is for business and corporate approval workflows.
How fast is standard production?
Standard production is 5–7 days from order to shipment. Rush production may be available when capacity, artwork status, and shipping conditions allow it.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. The standard calculator covers contiguous-U.S. shipping when a flat rate applies. Orders to Canada or other destinations, and ZIP-dependent exceptions, are reviewed and quoted separately.
Setup & reuse
Do you sell the lights and remotes?
Yes. The iLLUMITUBES Tube Light is $8. Extra or replacement remotes are $4. Tube orders include remotes based on quantity, and extras can always be added.
Are batteries included?
No. Each Tube Light uses 3 AAA batteries.
Can I buy replacement accessories later?
Yes. Tube Lights, remotes, tape, and Reflector + Stability Inserts can be purchased separately for reuse or replacement.
Can we order replacement graphics later?
Yes, when the retained lights and components are compatible with the current configuration.
Can I return a custom iLLUMITUBES order?
Because custom-printed iLLUMITUBES are produced specifically for your order and usually cannot be resold, they are not handled like ordinary retail merchandise. For purchases covered by our current policy, an eligible satisfaction return receives 75% of the custom printed merchandise subtotal. You must contact us before your event and the return must receive a physical acceptance scan from a trackable carrier before the event date. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy →
What if I have trouble assembling them?
Please contact us before your event while there is still time to help. iLLUMITUBES ship flat and are formed into cylinders during setup. Watch the assembly video first and build one representative unit before assembling the rest. Watch the Assembly Instructions & Video →
What if my order is damaged, missing something, or iLLUMITUBES made an error?
Contact us promptly with your order number, event date, and photographs when useful. We will review the problem and work toward the appropriate correction, which may include setup help, replacement components, a reprint, replacement merchandise, or a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. This is handled separately from a normal satisfaction return.
Can I cancel after design or production has started?
Yes, but the refund depends on how far the order has progressed. Before design work begins: full refund. After paid design work begins but before production: completed design/service work is nonrefundable and the unperformed merchandise portion may be refunded. After production begins: no full cancellation refund. If the custom merchandise is completed, the 75% satisfaction-return path applies only when the complete product is physically accepted by a trackable carrier before the event date. Can I use the custom products at my event and return them afterward?
No. A satisfaction return is not available after the event date or after the products have been used at the event. For an eligible return, the carrier must physically accept the package before the event date.
How do I assemble an iLLUMITUBE?
iLLUMITUBES ship flat and are formed into cylinders during setup. Watch the complete instruction video before your event and build one representative unit before assembling the rest.
