Before you order: Custom iLLUMITUBES ship flat and require simple assembly before the event. Tube Lights are optional unless selected, and Tube Lights use 3 AAA batteries that are not included. Watch the assembly video and review customer policies.

The Tube Light uses 3 AAA batteries. Batteries are not included.

Reflector and stabilizer guidance

Inserts are not required. A top Reflector Insert is not needed for 13, 16, or 19-inch tubes and is optional for 22, 25, or 28-inch tubes. A bottom Stability Insert is only needed for outdoor events and is not generally required. Use no more than one insert per tube. For questions or unusual installations, ask iLLUMITUBES.

Use the controlled artwork template for the exact size. If your artwork is ready, there is no design-service fee.

Artwork Prep Service is $70 if you already have a design that needs production preparation. Custom Design Service is $150 per order if you need us to create the artwork, and includes up to two unique designs plus one revision round.
