Custom-order terms in plain English
These terms explain the practical rules that apply when you order a custom iLLUMITUBES product, use our design tools, submit artwork, approve a proof, or rely on an order estimate.
Custom products ship flat
A custom iLLUMITUBE is a printed translucent wrap produced for your order. It ships flat for efficient delivery and is formed into a cylindrical illuminated centerpiece during setup. It is not a rigid preassembled tube. Assembly instructions and video are available before the event.
Customer artwork and permissions
When you provide logos, photographs, text, names, sponsor marks, fonts, or other content, you are responsible for having the right to use and reproduce that material for the order. You give iLLUMITUBES permission to use the supplied material as needed to prepare, proof, produce, and fulfill your order. Production permission does not automatically give us permission to use your artwork or event images for marketing.
Artwork & Design Services
Custom printing, artwork preparation, and custom design are not the same thing. Artwork Prep Service is $70 for production preparation of one design you supply; additional supplied designs needing preparation are $45 each. If you need us to create the artwork for your tube, Custom Design Service is $150 per order and includes up to two unique designs and one reasonable customer-requested revision round. Additional unique designs are $95 each, and additional revision rounds are $45 each. Sequential or variable artwork is custom quoted. Corrections to an iLLUMITUBES design/preparation mistake do not count as the customer's revision.
Proof approval controls production
Please review spelling, names, dates, logos, sponsor lists, layout, selected size, and other visible content carefully. Production should proceed from the approved proof/version. Changes requested after approval may affect price and timing.
3D Design Studio
The 3D Design Studio is a visualization tool that helps you understand how artwork wraps around the tube. It is not the production specification or a guarantee of exact screen color, glow, or brightness. Final production follows the approved artwork template and proof.
Pricing and planning estimates
The Pricing & Planning calculator is a budgeting tool, not an order or formal quote. Shipping and taxes are separate unless specifically shown. Sequential/variable artwork, unusual programs, and other custom work may require a separate quote. A planning estimate does not reserve production capacity or a rush slot.
Event date, production and shipping
Please provide an accurate event date. Standard production guidance, rush availability, carrier service and required-arrival planning are handled separately. See the Shipping & Delivery policy for the current details.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Before design work begins, a full cancellation refund is available. After paid design work begins but before production starts, completed design/service work is nonrefundable and the unperformed merchandise portion may be refunded. After production begins, the order is no longer eligible for a full cancellation refund. If custom merchandise has been completed, the current 75% satisfaction-return path applies only when the complete product is physically accepted by a trackable carrier before the event date.
Website and company content
The iLLUMITUBES name, website design, written content, original graphics, photographs we own, product documentation, and other company-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Customer-owned artwork remains subject to the customer's rights and permissions.
