Mixed tablescapes

Use flowers around the light without hiding the message

iLLUMITUBES do not have to replace flowers. A strong tablescape can combine illuminated graphics with florals, greenery, candles and table details when each element has a clear role.

Artwork obstruction

Design around the flowers before the proof is final

Ask for the approximate floral height, density and placement. Move logos, names, faces and sponsor wording above the expected obstruction zone. Decorative texture can remain lower where partial coverage will not hurt the message.

  • Raise important content above greenery
  • Keep sponsor logos readable
  • Avoid faces across the seam or behind florals
  • Show an annotated contextual proof when risk is high

Visual hierarchy

Decide whether the light or flowers are the primary centerpiece

If the illuminated graphic carries the event message, flowers should support rather than overwhelm it. If florals are the primary luxury statement, the illuminated piece can act as a branded core or secondary glow.

  • Illuminated core with low florals
  • Greenery collar around the base
  • Candles and small accents around the perimeter
  • Selected floral statement tables with repeated illuminated tables

Practical coordination

Protect stability, heat, moisture and service space

Do not allow water, flame, heat or unstable floral mechanics to create an unapproved product condition. Coordinate responsibilities with the planner, florist and venue and document the final arrangement when service overlaps.

Frequently asked questions

Useful answers before you choose

Can flowers go around an iLLUMITUBE?

Yes. The arrangement should be planned so flowers do not hide important artwork or create moisture, heat or stability problems.

How high should the logo be placed?

Place it above the expected floral obstruction and within the approved design safe area. The exact position depends on the selected product and tablescape.

Can candles be used nearby?

Only when venue rules, distance, heat and flame conditions are appropriate and approved. Do not improvise untested arrangements.

Who coordinates with the florist?

The customer, planner or approved iLLUMITUBES field lead should confirm responsibilities and the final tablescape plan.
