Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your iLLUMITUBES products. Because we sell specialty LED lighting and electrical components, please review this policy carefully before purchasing or initiating a return.


Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for ready to ship items only

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

  • Returns requested after 30 days will not be approved


Non-Returnable Items

For safety, compliance, and product integrity reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Products that have been installed, wired, cut, modified, or used

  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or incompatible power sources

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

If a product shows signs of installation or use, it will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, email Hello@iLLUMITUBES.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item and packaging (required for approval)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • iLLUMITUBES is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • You will receive confirmation once the refund is issued

If an item is returned damaged, incomplete, or used, a partial or no refund may be issued at our discretion.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to us not the shipping carrier, contact us at Hello@iLLUMITUBES.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Electrical Compatibility & Installation Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility with their vehicle, power source, or application prior to installation.

iLLUMITUBES is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect voltage, or misuse. We recommend professional installation when applicable.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution. We’re always happy to help — reach out before escalating.
