Customizing an iLLUMITUBE is designed to be simple, collaborative, and stress-free. Our Design Package provides a guided creative process that turns your ideas into a finished illuminated centerpiece without requiring design experience on your end. Whether you’re working from a logo, inspiration images, or a general concept, we help shape your vision into something that looks great in real event spaces.

After placing your custom order, you’ll submit any artwork, inspiration, or notes to help guide the design. This can include logos, color preferences, themes, or examples of the look you’re aiming for. These materials become the starting point for our creative team as we begin translating your concept into a polished iLLUMITUBE design.

An experienced artist will work closely with your submission to create a digital proof showing the overall layout, proportions, and visual direction of your custom piece. This proof gives you a clear preview of how your iLLUMITUBE will look before anything is produced. We aim to move quickly while maintaining attention to detail, so you’re not left waiting or guessing.

Design Review & Approval

Once your design proof is ready, you’ll have the opportunity to review it carefully and request adjustments if needed. This review stage ensures the final design aligns with your expectations and works visually as an illuminated centerpiece. We encourage customers to take their time during this step and review all details, including spelling, sizing, and overall composition.

Production begins only after you approve the final design. Approval confirms that the layout, text, and visual elements are correct and ready to move forward. Once approved, the design is considered final. Any changes requested after approval may require restarting the design and production process and may result in additional charges.

Because digital proofs are viewed on screens, slight variations in color brightness, scale, or appearance may occur in the final physical product. These natural differences are part of the production process and do not qualify as defects.

Production, Timeline & Delivery

After approval, we shift our focus to production. This includes final sizing, layout adjustments for printing, and ensuring your design is properly formatted and printed on the tubes to meet our quality standards. Each custom iLLUMITUBE is carefully produced to ensure durability, visual balance, and consistent illumination.

From the initial design phase to a completed, ready-to-ship piece, the custom process typically takes about one week, depending on how quickly design approvals are completed. More complex designs or peak event seasons may extend timelines slightly, but we always aim to keep the process efficient and transparent.

Once complete, your custom iLLUMITUBE is carefully packaged with lighting components and shipped directly to you. The result is a made-to-order illuminated centerpiece created specifically for your event, space, or celebration.
