iLLUMITUBES Warranty Policy

iLLUMITUBES warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use when installed and operated in accordance with product instructions and specifications. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid solely for products purchased directly from iLLUMITUBES or through an authorized seller.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, iLLUMITUBES products are covered by a limited warranty for one (1) year from the date of delivery. Some products may carry a different warranty period, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage begins on the delivery date and applies only to products used as intended.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that cause a product to malfunction under normal conditions. If a product is determined to be defective within the warranty period, iLLUMITUBES may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with a comparable product, or issue a refund for the original purchase price. Warranty remedies are limited strictly to the product itself and do not include reimbursement for installation, removal, labor, or related costs.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, incompatible voltage or power sources, misuse, abuse, neglect, modification, alteration, or use outside of recommended specifications. Products that have been installed, cut, disassembled, altered, or otherwise modified are not eligible for warranty coverage. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality, and damage caused by accidents, environmental conditions, or external forces are also excluded.

Custom or made-to-order products are not covered under this warranty unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified. iLLUMITUBES is not responsible for issues arising from third-party components, accessories, or integrations not supplied by iLLUMITUBES.

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Hello@iLLUMITUBES.com within the applicable warranty period and provide their order number along with a clear description of the issue. Photos or video demonstrating the problem may be required to evaluate the claim. Claims submitted without proof of purchase or outside the warranty period will not be approved, and products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If a warranty claim is approved, iLLUMITUBES will provide instructions for return, repair, or replacement. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty returns unless otherwise stated. iLLUMITUBES is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iLLUMITUBES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products. iLLUMITUBES’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

This warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.
