At iLLUMITUBES, we move fast because events don’t wait. Orders are processed, packed, and shipped with real timelines in mind, whether you’re sending to an office, home, or directly to your event location. We regularly ship straight to venues, hotels, and conference centers nationwide, making setup easier and eliminating extra handling on your end. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping time, and custom or made to order items may require additional production time, which will always be noted on the product page.

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your location and selected method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on order weight, package size, destination, and delivery speed. Any promotional or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.

We currently ship within the United States, with most orders arriving within 2 to 7 business days after shipment depending on location and carrier. For event orders, we can ship directly to your venue, hotel, or conference center. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are accurate, including contact names, event dates, and any required receiving instructions. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

If international shipping is available, delivery times will vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, and iLLUMITUBES is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. While we do our best to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or high volume order periods. iLLUMITUBES is not responsible for delays once the order is in the carrier’s possession.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. iLLUMITUBES is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Once an order is marked as delivered, iLLUMITUBES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Orders@iLLUMITUBES.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the product and packaging so we can review and determine a replacement or refund if appropriate.

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped, and custom or made to order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
